❤ On-Line Customers - Payment policy for these customers is full payment including shipping.
❤ Pre-Order Customers - Payment policy for these customers is full payment including shipping once PERPETUAL PRINCESS™ has confirm your order.

PERPETUAL PRINCESS™ preferred method of shipment is POS LAJU within Malaysia. PERPETUAL PRINCESS™ can and will use other carriers at the customer’s request. The delivery schedule for goods to be received from shipment date is based on the shipment schedule established by the carrier.

❤ Shipping Charges
Charges for shipping will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. All type of customers must pay for shipping in advance to the goods having been sent.

PERPETUAL PRINCESS™ does not provide any warranties that exceed those of the producer of the goods offered. The goods shown in the picture might have slightly difference due to lighting in photo shooting. ♛ Returns Policy
Goods sold are NOT Returnable, Exchangeable or Refundable.
Any imperfection products with minor stains (it is removable or not), inner stains, tailoring issue, color fading after washed, not well secured buttons and actual fabric color differences from picture, as well as size does not fit; which are sold by PERPETUAL PRINCESS™, are strictly NOT Returnable, Exchangeable or Refundable.
